Honestly, I'm more disappointed in myself and Amazon because after I searched for a wireless charger with an A/C vent mount... this was one of the suggestions.

Most important, it’s installed to the car vent so the phone don’t get hot when AC on.

n’t think an equipment failure...just a too heavy phone.

n’t see any issue with this holder

n’t fit well in the air conditioning vent of my model card, they sent a different style for free

n’t stay up on car vent it broke would like a new one or a better one sorry
