My sister who also bought a Maltese was having better success with warm water which I am now using until I find a product or home remedy that helps at least to some degree
-
Water would of been free & had the same effect.
-
Washing his face with shampoo/warm water works better sorry to say
-
Then I continue to wipe her eyes with warm water and HP
-
Went back to warm water and a washcloth!
-
Warm water works better.

Warm water works better.
-
What DID help: 10 parts warm water with 1 part hydrogen peroxide and dipping a Q tip and swirling it- super careful to never get in her eyes
-
I am better off using warm water and possibly a little baby shampoo.
-
but if you have the "hard crusties" you have to soften them up with warm water for this to work
-
It may be a gentle cleaner for the eyes, but I could probably use warm water and it would work the same.
-
It did not take the stains off as well as soap and water
-
Honestly you’re better off using warm water and a towel for both effectiveness and keeping whatever nasty chemical concoction this is out of your pet’s eyes
-
It works just as good as water and a napkin
-
I have been using a warm water soaked paper towel for my persians daily eye care, and decided to buy these instead
