Because of the great customer service, and the fact that the cord was damaged before even getting to the door, I added a star to my review

Unfortunately, after only one day of use, the aux cord began exclusively playing the right (R) channel, and no fiddling around could play the bass

Sits in my hot car with broken A/C all day in the middle of summer in Tennessee and it still works like a charm, never had a problem.
