Has help me diagnose bad charging port on a few devices as well as a few cables
You might think that 4 ports is excessive, and I don't normally use them all, but it's super useful when you're sharing a hotel room that doesn't have enough power outlets for one per charger
I guess except having four ports is nice, I can get all my devices charging at once with one port leftover

The only complaint that I have is that the plug doesn't stay in the wall very well - that is, the item falls out of the receptacle a little too easy.

Now that the devices in house keep multiplying, like rabbits :) , I needed a multi port and this item is just perfect.
Great item, no more carrying around and traveling with multiple power adapters.
I was afraid this item would be too heavy and fall off the wall however it stays in place.
