    • The prong mechanism combined with the straight blades are an unfortunate design flaw.
    • In sum, I'm upping my review to 3 stars because it chargers well, but I the tightness of the slots is a design flaw that makes it a bear to use

    • Disappointed - I liked it when it worked.

    • Cords won't fall out as It takes two hands to remove a cord once plugged in.
    • Charges everything as fast as you could expect, no issues.
    • I've had all four ports loaded up and they all seem to charge up as fast as if only one item was plugged in.

    • We also have one on the kitchen island - works great for our daily use, as well as when we have friends over who may need to charge their phone

    • Then they offered to send me a 1-port charger with QC 3 (quick charger 3.0), which does charge my Galaxy S7 phone as fast as the original charger
    • but I gave it 3 stars because they sent me the wrong one and the electrical plug was broken as in it flipped open and closed.
