Only had it a week, but all ports are working great!

This has enough ports to power the whole family's devices, I recommend buying the 6 pack of USB cables from Anker as well

Charges as fast as single port charger

Perfect for taking on our Disney cruise -- easy and not too big, enough ports to charge our various devices as needed.

Because 5 other ports continued to work, I didn't send it back

Every couple months another port would just stop working

I have reset the chargers and that fixed the problem for a few hours, then dead ports again

I'll update this if the problems others have reported of dead ports appear.

Great multi charging port

I do like all of the ports, however six slow ports are no good to me.

So far this has not lost any ports, so I give it a 5 star rating.

Great multi-port charger

All ports work at the same time.

You have 6 available USB ports for various devices ranging from tablets, mobile phones, battery chargers and even LED lamps (USB of course)

My problem was after one and half year of using it, just before couples of days 4 ports

All the ports are still tight and work great.

It charges fast, it feels amazing to the touch, and the ports are VERY sturdy.

I like the multiple ports on this and that you can use it for travel.

The six ports made it easy to charge everything all at once and the long cord made it easy to reach the not-always-readily-accessible wall outlets Everything seemed to have received a full charge by the next morning.

I have had it charging with a cable/device plugged into every available port, and everything charges well and the unit does not seem to heat up

This has been the best multi port charger I've ever owned, it can charge every portable apple device you own effortlessly and quickly

and it is really nice to have enough ports with good power to charge my items.

It provides ample Power ports for many devices or plug-in needs.

Customer service is excellent as i made a complaint about the five port charger was contacted by anker they indicated that qualcom fast charge was not supported they even offered a one port fast port charge for free .. so back to why i gave them a five star1. device works as advertised2

Poorly made, loose fitting USB ports and has a funky smell when plugged in

But all other ports work great and can be used fromBlue tooth headsets to controllers to phones and Mobil battery pack recharging.

But ports do stop working over time.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I simply charge a variety of devices and then one port will stop working

The device's charging needs are instantly recognized by each of the ports so you don't have to match your devices to the correct port

Only 3 ports working

After two years only one port is still working.

The 6 port has been working fine for all devices on 3 ft cables.

No longer do you have to squint or turn on a bright light to be able to match the correct port output voltage to the varying requirementsof your different devices

over 6 ports is just about right for anyone unless you are putting 6 tablets in at once and even then it will work, they will just charge up slower.

Great six port charger

This is simply one of the best multi port chargers on the market

Anker was awesome though by sending me a replacement that does have a fast port free of charge

the next day I wrote the review, the vendor contacted me and explained how I can reset those three dead ports

3rd 5 ports work.

The trouble was that the ports seemed to intermittently die off, then work again, making it confusing with the multiple ports

For the record, we kept the charging cables plugged into the Anker charger - we removed and replaced the devices, so we were less likely to damage the charging ports of the charger.

Bought this for my desk at work, so that I have enough ports and power for any rechargeable devices I may have with me from day to day

So far I have not seen any ports fail or any other problems for that matter.

They offered us a replacement charger that has a port compatible with our LG phones.

There are some non-compliant peripherals out there that will overload and burn out the ports

Another high quality Anker product, turned my high stand of cables and charging blocks into a clean single charge port

The 6 ports are great to have around to charge a variety of services, the quality of the charger is fairly heavy duty, and having a quick charge port is pretty nice

I had a 40W 5 port version of this device before that I had gotten in 2014 or 2015 that started having defective USB ports

They charge devices faster than other charges and the 6-Port is great!
