Great quality, high comfort

I purchased this mouse thinking it would be good after using it for a couple of months the buttons quite working and my screen moves up and down without me doing anything, poor quality product wouldn't buy this again.

I would definitely spring for a little more money to purchase a better quality mouse

Quality seems good out of the box - feels good in the hand with the 'rubberized" feel and setup was easy

We all know that despite their best efforts, amazon is generally flooded with very poor quality products, misleading advertisements, and mass-produced (and mass-purchased) false user reviews.

The build quality is great, however, could be slightly more refined (not super satisfied with the edges).One issue I have is that whenever the mouse is switched off, it forgets your preferred/selected dpi settings

We have bought 3 flashlights, this mouse and mini USB charger and all work well with great quality

This actually hurts my wrist more than helps maybe I'm holding it wrong, it is a good quality mouse though

Good design, bad materials, quality is beyond poor in only lasted enough for the warranty to expire, all of a sudden just stopped working, reminds me of some Amazon Fire products

I can't spend a majority of my work day fiddling with a product of poor quality like this.

I have carpal tunnel and this was recommended as it is a more natural position for the wrist.

in some applications the buttons do not function properly, such as Chrome and trying to grab the side scrollbar, using the left mouse button, and scroll up or down or in VLC to select menu options on menu bar with the left button, maybe its my unit and the left button, but many times in various applications, it just doesn't work as it supposed to

my wrist is no longer painful and is feeling absolutely fresh!I can now work as much as I can on my desktop computer without any wrist pain limitations

Anker jumped right to it and shipped me a new replacement mouse that works as it's supposed to

I guess I expected Anker to have a pretty solid product and just needed to focus on the ergonomic design and aspect of it since it so different, but I've been sadly disappointed.***bumped a 🌟 because of their great customer service!
