Support told me to try a reset (plug input and output together for a few seconds), but that didn't work, so they initiated a RMA.ANKER TOUTS their warranty service -- so I submitted a replacement request which high expectations

Definitely great for travel as well as when you forget to charge your phone!
I can't even begin to tell you how many batteries we have purchased and all haven't worked or they charge for a limited amount of time.
But I never have to worry, b/c my Anker PowerCore 10000 keeps my cell phone & other electronic devices going for upto 5 full charges and, or several movies.
This little gadget has been the best purchase I’ve made in a long time
