I was very excited to get this as a gift since I’ve had an Anker portable charger before and it was reliable but this package didn’t arrive at all

the search for a good connection drains a phone battery or two (or three).There are slightly cheaper Anker chargers with similar form factors but only one USB port, as well as giant ones that have the same number of ports but much larger capacities; I’d recommend skipping all those in favor of this one

Anker is still good at portable chargers, and the price is great for what you get.

Update: Anker speedily resolved the issue for me by replacing the battery, and followed up to make sure the replacement arrived and was working

Kudos to the outstanding Anker Costumer ServiceThe power pack is great, it holds about 5 charges for my Galaxy note; HOWEVER, the cable is not of good quality mine is not working anymore!
