Disappointed that the original unit failed, but still giving 5-stars because Anker supports their products like pros.

After much research and experience with other batteries, I firmly believe this is the very best product on the market hands down

they were great about sending a replacement promptly to replace the defective product

This issue should not dissuade anyone from purchasing this product, I'm only including it in the review for the purposes of Anker correcting this oversight in future products.

4 months down the road used very very lightly and product is broken

Highly recommend this product, it's the only Power Bank you will ever need.

I can tell the PD 26800 has alot of juice and just by the weight alone feels like a solid quality built product

Good product as usual from Anker, but it will not negotiate properly with the Dell Inspiron 13 7000 series 7378 laptop since the power delivery USB-C port of the battery does NOT support output of 30W at 20V, but only 25W at 20V.Notably, the wall charger included with the battery DOES support 30W @ 20V, and that does charge the laptop
