This is quite worrisome, the loose usb part means that it could have shorted the ports and battery at anytime, so I took a tweeter and took out the loose part in the usb-c port.... turns out it's part of the USB assembly

USB C PD Is fantastic for a quick recharge, USB ports for other electronics that adjust smartly to what is plugged in, huge capacity, outwardly assumed durability
-
On the flip side, if you'll be sticking it into a wheeled suitcase for traveling or something, the battery itself works great and provides fast power and a convenient USB C connection for charging and output
-
only thing I don't like is the USB
-
Love the USB-c feature in this charger
-
Charged two iPhone 6's, one UE Roll, one USB headlamp and a GoPro Hero 4
-
You need the Apple USB-C to lightning cable to get the fast USB Power Delivery and 60 minute full up

Battery worked fine, but questionable USB-C port quality

-
USB Type-C port failed after less than a week of use.

The Portable USB-C charger took the PowerCore+ from zero capacity to fully charged in about 4 hours and was more than capable of keeping my devices charged on a 4 day trip to California for work with charge to spare
