Like many other reviews the unit initially held a charge for devices to charge multiple times

The device also holds a full charge a very long time, little to no bleed off, even after a week of not using it

Build quality is very good, the charging is fast with the two plugs.

It definitely gets warm charging it with the two plugs at once if both plugs are giving it the maximum current it can charge at, but it hasn't been even close to worryingly warm, just worth noting since none of the smaller power ones ever got warm at all

Charges relatively quickly when using both USB inputs (this is a great feature)I think however due to the weight and size of this unit, the sweet spot/balance is the 20000 mAH model which is considerably slimmer and more portable and still packs decent charging capacity.

Just be sure you're ok with possibly not getting the fastest charge from this device on your Android.

The charge lasts for a week keeping my phone charged, I have yet to deplete the charge lower than two LEDs out of four for a solid week without charging it.

The battery is inside a foam bag which is located on top of a smaller box, that contains the protective meshed pouch with the elastic closure, as well as the charging cables

Great unit, multiple fast charges on devices that are very demanding.

I especially loved that I could charge it using *both* output ports of an Anker 21W solar panel, for a faster charge

the test I did proved that it is awesome; - charged it overnight (note when completely drained it needs to be charged more 10 hrs although I guess it depends on which charger you choose, I used just a regular iPhone charger), once it was fully charged I used it to charge iPhone 6 S plus for about five times and an iPad and still had about 25% charge

The battery pack started experiencing issues with holding a charge recently

It had retained the charge since December (all 4 LEDs lit) and charged our iPhones for 3 days and still had enough charge left (3 LEDs)

Did not rapid charge my Nexus 6p but was a solid product.

This thing is a beast, it has 3 usb ports, 1 of the port can to Samsung Qualcomm quick charge 2 and 3, I verified it does go into fast charge on my note 5

We were traveling, and using our phones as a gps guided walking tour of a town and it consumed our phone batteries after about 1/2 a day of doing this, so we ended up charging our iphones twice during our excursions, and it still is indicating a full charge on it, as if it has not even dented the charge in reserve!It's heavier than I expected, about 2 pounds perhaps, but has earned it's place in our backpack from now on

I don't like using the AC port in a car for phone charging because it's rarely fast enough to go from a low battery to a full charge before shutting the engine off and interrupting the charge

This is a really good buy for many reasons like I haven't needed to charge it at all since it came in the mail which is nice, does not say it's fast charging but it seems to charge faster then a normal charger which is good, came with a good amount of things like a protective bag (which is odd cause it did come scratched up), and it's sleak looking which is amazing

The fast charging function quickly charges my android devices (and my peers apple ones) when Im nowhere near reliable power.

Holds a charge for a long time - love this charger.

It does a slower charge if you play while charging, but if you leave it it'll charge the Switch in about 2 1/2 -3 hours - which is roughly the same as having it in the dock

The battery is good and charge for long time but the recharge wire is not very durable

Nonetheless, when the third light gets to blinking, that means full as far as I'm concerned and I get full and long use out of it, which means my customers get rapid charging in a 10 to 20 minute

I was reached out to by Anker shortly after writing this review, with some troubleshooting tips, and the simultaneous charging started working as it should
