This thing not only has no traction, it's practically lubricated

Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and it worked as advertised
I received the new, free replacement and can say I am absolutely pleased with this unit, as well as with Anker's customer support--the two things I value the most in a product
Works as advertised albeit a bit slow.

This is a great battery pack that isn't to large, it helped charge my phone and Nintendo Switch and GoPro for a week without dying while I was traveling

Bought 2 of them one for me and one for my wife also have 2 of the 20,000 mah anker portable
also i love these new anker 26000 mah chargers there amazing last a very long time on one charge with a headset running even a nose Bluetooth speaker and my phone at same time
Anker was fairly easy to deal with and got a new one sent.
The battery had failed within the warranty period but Anker fixed the problem immediately and sent a new one which arrived very quickly

It does the job very well and the build quality is amazing
will not charge above 25% with factory charger that came with it. requesting refund, but this is sad when quality is this poor on a battery that costs almost $100
Totally unacceptable quality control for a product in this price range, which is also Anker's "+" top-of-the-line
