this product was a disappointment as it failed when I actually needed it
This is the smallest 10k fast charge capable battery charger
It also drained the battery on my phone down to 3% some how, this was the last time I used the device, its currently been recycled since I don't want to risk draining my phones battery that low again which can damage the battery

It’s size is perfect if you are looking for a compact size portable charger
Only downside is that it takes FOREVER to fully charge this portable charger
My son claimed the charger was defective and waited till 30 days past the delivery

Although sometimes Ankers products appears falling behind in features/specs on paper, their quality seems going to longer distance by using high quality materials and robust design as many reviewers have pointed out

This device does awesome and lasts multiple days before I have to recharge
I've also tried resetting the device by holding the button for 10 seconds as well
I think its a great device and I use it often for my Galaxy S7 Edge with great success

The LED’s actually sit on a button that when pushed, lights up the LED’s to give a relative idea of how much charge is left, something I appreciate as I don’t want to take a long a dead power bank

Found out that i was able to use one of the chargers perfectly on my Iphone strangely anyhow Anker issued me full refund on both the devices while also letting me keep them since its still of use to me
We really like anker they make great productsBut theses two for some reason it charges the phone only
This is my third Anker portable charger and I have several other Anker products and the quality has always been top notch - it is the very same with this product
I have both the 3.0 and this one the 2.0 which seams a little odd that Anker would make it confusing to make the 3.0 sounds like a newer model.
