This is a beautiful well proportioned device that will easily travel and deliver very high expectations for reliability, speed, and performance, a winning formula for Anker, a company that has won my trust for anything related to chargers, charge cables, and in particular, power banks.

Time will tell how much usable capacity and consistency, reliability of this device, but I have very high expectations that this device will perform and exceed expectations

I've also tried resetting the device by holding the button for 10 seconds as well

This device does awesome and lasts multiple days before I have to recharge

I must say, I am impressed at the responsiveness of Anker in dealing with consumers that have defective devices

However, right off the bat, I noticed to major drawbacks:1) most modern devices nowadays, especially the ones that use quick charge technology, use usb-c to usb 3 for connection and recharging
