Yes, the battery is fully charged when I discovered the issue as well as when I later tested it to see if the problem persisted.

QuickCharge isn't mentioned often in the listing, the PowerCore II does support QuickCharge to both charge your device as well as to recharge the PowerCore II itself

The microusb charging port is a little deep and you might find troubles with some microusb shallow connectors, yet the cable included and several cables I've tested with it work pretty well, and even when the seating on this connector doesn't feel as tight and secure as with the large usb port, it still feels better that many cheaper microusb connectors I've found in several devices

Charges all my devices just as fast as if I had plugged them into a wall charger
