The one that I received has been working just fine, so my initial one must have been defective

The replacement cord I received worked well for about a month and a half although I did notice that the speed with which it charged my devices was significantly slower

Anyway the new cables are working great so far and Anker has been outstanding to deal with

The charger is working great, charges as fast as the Apple originals for the iPad (higher wattage).

Bought 3 of these cables of different colors and this black one stopped working after a week of slight use, the other 2 are working fine so far,

Looks cheap but works
