Suprising to say, I bought it on the spot and didn't realize with came with a nice case for the wire and magnetic clasps

I love the quality of these cords and the very organized case that it came with

For the price this cable is definitely worth it considering the nice carrying case they supply with it.

My one gripe about them (and Anker isn't the only company guilty of it) is that the casing around the actual plug is too thick for most of my more protective phone cases

The cable came with a nice carrying case - I put my other cable in since this one never leaves the car now, the braided style jacketing is nice, and I've never had a problem with it.

I also received a nice case for the cord, so I can store it in a drawer without it getting tangled with other items.

but it forces the bumper case to flex and could eventually weaken the case.

The small velcro wrap up case is nice, but needs a little refinement, it isn't stiff enough to influence the folding/coils of the cable, and the magnetic closure is ok, not super strong.

Once connected, I was able to get the “charging rapidly 3000 mA/h” message on my phone when charging and running a custom ROM.The Anker PowerLine+ cable has a velcro wrap attached to it to keep it tidy when not using it, the end connectors are look very well built and are more compact in width and length than a stock LG Nexus 5X cable, this allows it to fit easily without any interference to the slim protective case I have on my phone

Cable is great with excellent build quality, the case not so much.

Excellent USB C cable that works splendidly with my Nexus 5x.

Sometimes they may falter like when they sent out some bad C cables, yet immediately recalled them

and they're all fantastic and have all both look and work as if they were new

I have been using it for months now and it still fits the socket on my nexus 6P as well as it did on day 1
