    • However, I came into contact with the Anker customer support team who quickly replaced my defective cord with a brand new (and upgraded) charger cord

    • By the way, I have several other Anker charging products like the "60 watt 6 port USB power charger" that have been working perfectly for over a year

    • Contacted Anker for their hassle free 18 month warranty and was pleased to receive a prompt response and 3 new cables are on their way

    • Disappointed after hearing how good anker cables were that mine broke after only 2 weeks.
    • I love anker cords durable and in my opinion better than Apples
    • The first cord I was sent had a defect which Anker promptly replaced free of charge and I will continue purchasing from them
    • Happier update and star revision: Anker again stepped in and sent me an improved model of the cable
    • THE ANKER is sturdy
    • the 10 ft cables are just not made as good as other anker products I guess?
    • and they all still work as well as when they were brand new.
