The port also works like the other 3 for non quick charge items like my iPad

I wish the explanation of the ports was better, I think I have my Fast Charger plugged in the correct port...

Great travel charger since it's port dense but still very manageable in size

When you plug an Apple device capable of 5V/2.4A like a newer iPad or iPhone into the top port, it will charge more slowly than the other 3 PowerIQ ports!They should either label it "PowerIQ 2A max" or don't call it a PowerIQ port - be clearer about the capabilities of that top port so people can make an informed buying decision.

This quick charger [blue] port will still work for your device, but, if your device is not quick charge 3 (back-compatible with 2 and 1) but only output a maximum of 2.4 A at 5V (or less depending on the maximum current draw your device allows upon charging).

I haven't performed any actual tests but it seems like the fast port charges my Blu Life One X2 no faster than the IQ ports.

The 3 IQ ports charge twice the speed, the top port has smart detection technology but maxes out at 5 voltage (which is what most devices use).

Love the multi charging ports and the speed of the charger itself, definitely recommend for the price it can't be beat

Sadly, there is only quick charging out of the top USB port meaning I have to choose which device I need most, my phone or my tablet.

Great multi-port charger

The charger is just what I was looking for: 4 smart USB ports capable of charging 4 devices simultaneously, with each receiving full power

Hooked my Galaxy Note 5 to its fast charging port and get messages saying it is charging at a very slow rate.

If you have a Samsung mobile phone or a phone that specifically uses Qualcomm QuickCharge technology (most snapdragon phones) the top port will "Fast Charge" your device though the other 3 charge quickly your phone will only show "Fast Charging" with the specially labeled port.
