According to anker’s response, this is false advertising.
Excellent, arrived fast - works as advertised so far.... 2 fast charge ports.
Haven't tested the output on the five USB ports with a meter, but everything seems to be working as Works as advertised, and it does not appear to be overheating when we have multiple devices on it.

Original Product Review: To begin with, only one of the two fast charging ports would fast charge.
The QC3.0 (Blue) port seems not work well as it gives less amperage compare to regular port and previous generation.
No charging is working out of the two fast charging ports anymore.
My conclusion at this point is that I just received a defective product to begin with (one of two ports working) and then the second port died for unknown causes, although I have asked that Anker inform me if they are able to determine why the charger stopped working.
Love the fast ports, charge up all those family devices quickly

It's much smaller than I realized however, which isn't a bad thing, and it feels pretty durable, which is great since two small children are often near it

This thing is awesome in charge 5 devices the same time and two of them being high speed charging ports
This thing gets bumped and has been hit with pots and pans
I can now charge multiple QC3.0 devices, as well as other things (sometimes while traveling I do a charge fast, so need lots of connections)This just works.
