After owning it for nearly 8 months I had an issue with the top quick charge port, I contacted Anker support and their friendly employees helped me as it seemed it was just blocking the port due to some surge I had.

The fast charging port does not work with my daily use phone the Nexus 6p and this is not really a con considering it does not list the Nexus 6p in the description for the charger.

My only complaint is that their multi-Port chargers like this either have Apple type output (to meet charging style needed by Apple) or they have Android style charging.

The others never switched into any fast charge mode and was SLOWER by far.than even the normal semi-smart ports

Good build quality, plenty of power, 5 ports 2 of which are PowerIQ.

Blue ports are the v3.0 and the other ports support the v2.0.I have now replaced all of my wall warts with this one device and all of my phones and tablets are happy.

All of my devices are charged equally meaning that if I'm charging a device in the fast charging port, the other devices that are plugged in and charging so not lose any power or take away from the quick charging ports

Then the top lightning port crapped out recently

This also only comes with 2 fast charging ports.

The QC 2.0 product flew past all of the other gear, and the other port is backwards compatible to non-QC products so it charged at normal rates but did it at max speeds nonetheless

Love the fast ports, charge up all those family devices quickly

They extra ports are nice, so I can keep cables for a bluetooth speaker and my fitbit attached to it as well at all times.

The two quick charge parts charge my phone quickly and the 3 standard ports work well for my non quick charge devices.

My conclusion at this point is that I just received a defective product to begin with (one of two ports working) and then the second port died for unknown causes, although I have asked that Anker inform me if they are able to determine why the charger stopped working.

I use it as my daily charger by my bed and have even used it to help keep my families phones charged whe we were all at the hospital for my great grandmother, quick charge works wonders for any phone that supports it and Iphones charge pretty quick on the 2.4 amp capable ports or the quick charge ones

Original Product Review: To begin with, only one of the two fast charging ports would fast charge.

I purchase a 5 port a couple of years ago and it failed within a couple of months except for 2 ports which I have to pull the power plug for it to reset and work again

I checked the ports, and the blue ones both support Quick Charge

The QC3.0 (Blue) port seems not work well as it gives less amperage compare to regular port and previous generation.
