Over the course of a few minutes, even without any activity, they work their way out, lose all bass response, and let background noise in

Once I found my right size, these blocked out pretty much all background noise - It is safe to say they are noise cancelling

Still not as good as the apple earbuds mic as it tends to pick up more background noise, but it works in a pinch

Taking away 1 ☆ because there is bad rumbling background noise when using phone feature- however, i dont really need that as i wanted them to listen to music/books while on walks/hikes/workouts
