I've, in fact, had several failed products from Anker

Anker has generally been a reliable brand and their other products are great, however these bluetooth earbuds were disappointing.

Original product did stop working but customer service for Anker immediately responded and sent out a brand new item.

Also, I am disappointed with Amazon for hosting such a crappy product on their website

Product started off working great until after one month it will not stay connected to the device any longer

but I had to return the product because the length of the wire is pretty small which means that the "mic" is usually in back of your ears and the caller on the phone hears the background noise more prominently than hearing my voice, which is very frustrating tbh!Its a great product, make no mistake and pretty recommended too!

In a little over 24 hrs they agreed the product was faulty and needed to be replaced without even seeing the product or having to return it at all
