    • The last point is not Anker's fault, but appear to be a common issue of this kind of earphone design.
    • I've also had an issue with one of the earbuds a year after starting using them and the amazing Anker customer support replaced the headphones.

    • Battery life is superb, Anker advertised 7 hours but realistic is around 5-6 hours depend on your volume level.
    • Anker seems like a great company as I own other products but can’t keep having to buy more
    • I'll admit that I typically don't do reviews on Amazon but did want to give Anker some credit concerning a warranty issue.
    • I'd love it if Anker could put out a non-isolating product (like Apple's) at this price range, but nobody else seems to be doing that

    • I love the magnet buds, as I can stick it together and the headset stays secure on my neck, I only wish that it would turn off like the soundbuds tag and switch on and reconnect when I pull them apart, that’s a cool feature anker should have them on all models
