Anker isn’t lying

I've always loved Anker - their products are great

Would be great if Anker come out with a charging case for these, like the Apple pods

Anker was kind enough to send me a replacement, so I am updating my review to reflect the new product

Great value for the price, has all the features you need, and backed by a company with great customer service (Anker helped me solve an issue I was having with mine and was very responsive).

As their representative told me, Anker takes great pride in its products AND reputation

The last point is not Anker's fault, but appear to be a common issue of this kind of earphone design.

I've also had an issue with one of the earbuds a year after starting using them and the amazing Anker customer support replaced the headphones.

However, this is where Anker’s superb customer service stepped in to save the day.

Every company has a fair share of dud units, but anker stood by their product and won me over with their service

As you know Anker makes amazing products and I recommended my girlfriend to get these Bluetooth earphone as she was looking for a new pair

Another great anker product, great sound, and I like the clip to hang on the back of your shirt when you're running

I have an Anker Soundcore 2 that I love, so I decided to try these because others haven't sounded good

All in all, I don't think Anker got it right with these, so I would pass.

While I still am a big fan/regular user of the Yoozon Earbuds referenced in my original review below, I can now confidently recommend these Anker SoundBuds Slim Headphones as a 100% solid purchase- with the high level of quality & backed by the wonderful client care you'd expect from a company like Anker

Anker is affordable without compromising on quality.

That said, Anker has excellent customer support and seems to honor their 18 month warranty on these, which makes buying them pretty worry-free.

Anker replaced them free of charge (with super-fast shipping, to boot!

After my initial pair had the same battery issue that many have complained about, Anker shipped me a new pair right away and they work as advertised and last the whole day

However, Anker's customer service really shines

I wouldn't recommend either the Anker or PowerBeats if you want really high end sound.

You absolutely cannot fault Anker's customer service

Anker was nice enough to replace them each time, no questions asked, but it got tiring/annoying having to send them in and wait for a new pair

And Anker does an excellent job in backing this product as well

When this did not work, anker replaced the earbuds

Anker has never failed me before, and these headphones live up to the expectations that are synonymous with the brand

For me, Anker seems like a great brand for low to mid price range earbuds.

Anker sent a new pair at no cost to me and they work flawlessly

Battery life is superb, Anker advertised 7 hours but realistic is around 5-6 hours depend on your volume level.

Anker seems like a great company as I own other products but can’t keep having to buy more

I'll admit that I typically don't do reviews on Amazon but did want to give Anker some credit concerning a warranty issue.

I'd love it if Anker could put out a non-isolating product (like Apple's) at this price range, but nobody else seems to be doing that

And as always the anker guarantee

Anker should fix this battery problem first before selling to the public

So, if you have an issue, I recommend contacting Anker directly to see if they'll resolve the issue.

I gave Anker the benefit of the doubt

After I did these two things, these anker headphones sounded as good or better than my high end buds that cost 3 times as much!

However, anker’s are the worst of all that I own

I will start this saying I love Anker

Very disappointed in my purchase considering I have other Anker products that still work fine

This was my first pair of wireless headphones, and as a fan of Anker products they did not disappoint

Good news is Anker support staff was very quick and efficient at replacing my devices.

I love the magnet buds, as I can stick it together and the headset stays secure on my neck, I only wish that it would turn off like the soundbuds tag and switch on and reconnect when I pull them apart, that’s a cool feature anker should have them on all models

Disappointed as I had high expectations

I have had these headphones for about 6 months now and they are still just as good as when I first got them

The battery lasts long enough that I haven't had them die on me as long as I start the day with then charged

I will not complain about them falling out as I know
