I have been buying Anker's products since ages, and i have to tell that all of them are the best (3 power banks and 2 bluetooth speakers, i love every single one of my Anker's products) we can say i'm a "Anker fanboy", and that's why i bought this Wireless Headphones, and my heart is crying for what i have to say about them, i mean, they were great (sound, battery and connectivity 10/10), but the right side suddenly stopped working, as you can see in the photo, they didn't fall or anything like that, i have been using them to walk from my home to my place of work, and i feel bad, i feel like i've been robbed in this one, but i still love their product, but not this one

I got contacted by Anker Customer Support after giving my impressions on this earbuds, and they kindly offered my me a different model to try showing Anker is serious when it comes to their products and also customer satisfaction, and that's why I love Anker products

This seems to a durable product with good quality and value.

This makes it a bit safer bet to try it out, and when it's working, it's a solid product for the price.

That is what one expects from a company when their product is as fault.

Anker makes good product but not this my unit the 2nd one is funky it goes on and off just like that

Deserves 5 star, hope they improve the product more, even if they increase the product little up people will buy.

It worked very well for almost a year and then one product started to work depending on a day (sometimes both would work, sometime only one)

This is a great product overall.

Frankly, I still don't think this is a decent product and would advise you to spend the extra money for something that is likely to work right out of the box.

Ear pods doesn't slip and sit perfectly inside the ear tunnel, great product for sports.

For music is fine, but on an audiobook is easy to lose the thread of the plot if you miss a few seconds, much worse if this happens several times (had this happen 3 times in the span of 5 minutes today, for example).Other than that issue, I'd say this product is pretty good

So I give them 3 stars just off the fact that they aren't complete trash and the fact that I love Anker products so much that I believe the next version will have improved sound quality.

I used this product for little over a month and they totally broke on me

a month after I left my bad product review, I was contacted out of the blue by Anker Client Care regarding my 2-star review & I told them what I'd described below- that the battery got so bad, so quickly, that the earbuds were worthless.

In fact I have received so many defective products from competitors they should be paying me to be their QC department!!

I received an email back the next day with a few questions and a request for simple troubleshooting to make sure the product was the problem

Product lasted one day until I checked and the wire where it connects to the ear bud was loose and hours later they opened up completely and unable to use

The product is great, the sound is awesome, the microphone works perfectly and the customer support is fantastic.

So definitely an A+ for customer service and I would definitely recommend the product, especially the Slim+ model which seems to be an upgrade.

I generally appreciate Anker products, as I've found them to be superior to other cheaper electronics and they come with good documentation
