Anker immediately addressed the issues with my speaker and it seems that I had a faulty product

After giving the speaker a low score because I could not identify the functions being black on black, Anker send me free of charge another speaker where they made changes and now it is more visible and a great improvement

I researched and found that many others have complained about this item's bluetooth incompatibility with multiple devices, and that Anker has acknowledged this issue with the SoundCore 2

Not sure if I might've gotten a bad Anker but it was hard to even listen to music on this

Anker has always been responsive to any issues I've ever had with their stuff

I prefer the less expensive Anker (then too that might be because I'm 72 and my hearing may be a little off)...

I had some trouble with the speaker after few months, since I still have the 18months warranty, anker support team solved it perfectly, sent me the new replacement with overnight shipment.

Working for a broadcast company on the IT / engineering side, I probably tend to notice things most people wouldn't when it comes things like sound and lipsync, so I am not going to really fault Anker on this because there is also some distortion and loss of fidelity in my JBLs as well

I recommend Anker to anyone who cares about their sound quality but can't afford the ridiculously overpriced Bose speakers.

This speaker works great, and when the USB port on it broke after 15 months, Anker replaced it within a few days
