12 months later the charging port is faulty and the speaker can no longer charge

I’ve seen the most common issue is the charging port

HOWEVER the charging port became loose or something because I had to keep unplugging and plugging in the micro USB cable to charge it every 10-20 minutes

Okay I am returning this item HOWEVER only because I think the charging port is faulty/damaged

/c we like them, AND we have used fingernail polish on all the button surfaces to emphasize the control buttons so we can see them.

It's good for what it is, but I have another slightly larger speaker by another brand that has a far richer, bass-enhanced sound, but it's been around a while and the battery has gone wonky

The green light doesn't seem to work as per the manufactures instructions

My speaker,(might be technical) will pause when i press the pause/play button but when i press again it will not play, again this doesn’t bother me much as it takes no effort to press on my phone(it would still be nice if a customer service rep could get back to me on this)
