Love this powder milk as my oat milk substitute

I had been searching for a long time for a good dry milk substitute in homemade bread.

Substitute for fresh coconut milk

It makes a great-tasting, smooth milk.

This is a very delicious and creamy coconut milk, I was adding it to my morning cup of coffee every morning, so good.

I found through experimentation that one teaspoon per cup of water makes a refreshing coconut water, and two to three tablespoons per 8 oz of water makes a rich, creamy, flavorful coconut milk suitable for drinking or in recipes

I wanted to used it as a coffee creamer or for a susbstitute in cooking when I don't hve tinned or fresh (yum--the best) coconut milk

I don't love canned coconut milk in my coffee, as it adds some kind of acidic taste, but this powder doesn't add that weirdness

It looked like it would be a convenient ingredient for golden milk, it isn't.

Compared to other coconut milk products: versus cream, canned milk and frozen milk, this will be my last choice to use for cooking Asian dishes

It's mostly tapioca flour and makes really crappy coconut milk

I have ordered several packets of Anthony's coconut milk but this package smells as if toilet cleaner were spilled on it.

And, the mixture doesn't separate like canned coconut milk.
