The picture is clear and bright, and don't see any problems with the screen and no dead pixels.

What bothers me most about the monitor is how red-leaning the pixels are.

Started using this around late October, I noticed a dead pixel sometime in March

No HDMI which usually would come standard with a monitor in this day and age, has red-leaning pixels, and has odd button use when messing with the menu (the "Auto" button works as a "Back" button, but there's nothing intuitive about that at all, you'd have to learn that by trying it - maybe the disk would tell you

I'll try to see if I can reset it using some dead pixel clearing method, but if it fails I'm returning it.
