The f02 error the UPS was reporting was accurately saying the computer was messed up downstream

Just started using it 2 weeks ago and it keeps shutting down with a “F02” error code

I bought the first one with this intention and got an F02 error code which means the product is

Followed the support recommendations to deal with the F02 error and it failed again.

The power has only gone out once for a split second, so I can’t say to much other than our tv, WiFi, and stereo stayed on like it should.

Only problem is that both units do occasionally click and 'power up' for a split second every six or so hours.

(I'm just using mine to plug in extra external powered hard drives, so it's fine)2
