    • install - plug it in!Didn't need tech support.
    • But I'd have to feel much better about tech support and customer service.
    • Don't know why Amazon is requesting in this review WiFi signal and Tech Support...
    • I've never had to use the tech support, so I can't give a rating for that.

    • Tech support initially agreed it was a battery issue, tried to sell me the WRONG battery for the unit, but fortunately I caught the difference in the picture vs. the actual unit battery
    • I contacted their Tech Support and they admitted that as long as you are attached by USB you will not sleep
    • When I wrote in to tech support, they informed me that the UPS is not intended for routers, or NAS hard drives and that they would void the warranty for continued use.

    • We got multiple highly conflicting answers from tech support, including some completely bogus answers from either a tech who thought he was talking to an idiot who'd just accept whatever he said,
    • I spoke to tech support and they confirmed it is caused buy "Battery Short" because of bad diodes
