What's to say, worked as advertised and the price was right.

I bought this in October 2013 and its still working as of this review (Jan 2014), so I am hoping that it will be okay in the long run.

Perfect fit, as you would expect, since it's the "official" APC version.

Perfect fit and easy to install, but the low battery alarm started beeping after about two weeks.

I could have bought the same battery at a local battery store for twice the price but for what I saved it was worth the bit or work to install it..

It's been working great with no problems for 4 months so far.

Was a but apprehensive about installing the battery, followed the directions in the manual and had no problem, backup is working fine again

I would highly recommend using this product instead of replacing the whole unit.

This one didn't and actually looked like it may have been used before

After several years of successful use, recent city power outages were not handled, and the old battery was well past its expected lifetime.

Would recommend use for anyone from occasional PC user to business like myself.

An easier way is to get a laser temperature thingee and just point it at your UPS to get a reading.

Locally (if you can find one) they cost about half of what a new UPS runs, this is an economical way to save the devise and some money.

Only negative is the price — quite expensive for what it is.

The price of the replacement battery here was excellent, and replacing it was a simple matter.

Tech support quoted me prices for replacement unit that were higher than buying same on Amazon.

Manufacturer's product at a better price and with Prime free shipping.

It would be nice if it were a priced a little closer to some of the other less expensive non APC pattern part batteries, but it's still cheaper than getting a whole new back-up unit.

So much for thinking by getting a “genuine APC” battery it would be better

Exact replacement for my very old APC device which now works like new.

Despite what the product description says, this is not a genuine APC battery especially ones sold by ExcessUPS

I've tried other brands, but you just don't get the quality of a genuine APC battery when you need one for your APC battery backup.

The shipping was QUICK, it included print-outs of installation instructions for all the APC units that used this battery type & the installation was Easy, Peasy!!!

Standard installation for an APC UPS Battery, the only downside is with the connection cables in UPS itself being a little short, not a fault with the battery.

This is the same replacement battery I would have gotten from APC directly, but at a lower price and free Prime shipping and quick delivery.

After two batteries failed almost immediately, we encountered the worse customer service ever

So I assumed the UPS was just dead and threw it in the trash, but kept the new battery since it was brand new

Second battery purchased in a week, another UPS died.

May as well buy a whole new UPS instead of replace the battery.

Replacement battery slipped right in, I connected up the wires, turned the UPS back on - and it works great.

My UPS is a few years old, but it's always worked well.
