Looks like a genuine APC battery, but the tape holding the two batteries together was slightly loose

It's the same authentic APC battery as recommended on APC's Battery Replacement page (obvious APC web site, select UPS Batteries and Upgrades, enter your model number from the label on the bottom of the UPS (the actual model number, not the name embossed on the casing)

This replacement battery was easy to install and it is working great as expected as well as at a much better price than elswhere.

It arrived, I put it in the backup and it worked as it should
