Nothing was plugged into this APC wall unit when I heard electrical sparking at the same time I smelled burning plastic, and the LED light bulbs in the room's ceiling light began to dim a LOT.Thankfully, I was able to pull this unit off the wall outlet before it could fully catch fire

This could be the reason for the screw not securing as tightly as it should
