The product still works but not at quality expected from APPLE

I purchased this product and had a glitch while downloading movie for my daughter, took it to apple and said the software needs to be reset and I would all the data including the movies, after resetting the software I'm told that it has possibly is motherboard issue, attempted to contact the company but failed to response, so they sell junk, even though it is refurbished, it is still crap, would not recommend their products
