The iPad arrived in perfect condition - nothing was damaged (like other reviews state), and it doesn't appear to be used

My only complaint is that the screen on the iPad Air has a cheap, hollow, plastic-like feel, which after looking it up seems perfectly normal, but it'll still take time to get used to (the screen was purposely made thinner in order to make the iPad thinner/lighter)
