It refused to turn on until she plugged it into her computer then it powered back on needless to say this product was very disappointing and now she is left with out a Mothers Day gift.

Still misbehaved, so we took it to an Apple store and they confirmed it has a hardware issue

Apple is not to blame for the product because Apple did not sell it to me nor did they sell me a defective, hardware issue device, this company did!
