The Netflix app comes pre-installed and when you touch the Netflix app, it sits for about 3 seconds and then closes with a notification "Unfortunately, the Netflix app has stopped working"

Well, that was a waste of money, I guess I could use it as a paper weight....

It was very crisp and clear...might even be a good tablet but the one i received .Something inside caused it to melt the slot that houses the S D
