I'm not totally tablet or computer savy, but nice crisp color graphics and adequate screen size

When I contacted support they directed me to a local Best Buy for a fix, and there was a chance on a charge for doing so

I purchased mine from Best Buy, and have not had one single problem with it

The SD card recommended by Best Buy has never worked and neither has a couple others I used that were lying around from Android phones I used in the past

so I bought mine from Best Buy because of the return policy

The tablet I received must have been a refurbished product because in less than 3 months, the internal screen is cracked and I can no longer see anything but distorted lines
