Apple is not to blame for the product because Apple did not sell it to me nor did they sell me a defective, hardware issue device, this company did!

Still misbehaved, so we took it to an Apple store and they confirmed it has a hardware issue

I am thoroughly disappointed that the company selling a certified refurbished product would not stand behind obvious hardware issues after such little use

He absolutely loves it as much as he did his original ipad mini but even more since it has double the memory and the price was outstanding!!!
