Fast chip, excellent sound (4 speakers), smooth operation, long battery life, great apps, great wireless, Bluetooth, and cellular signal reception, legendary quality, and a beautiful screen are the major pros when a person gets an iPad.

For some, this might be the Achilles heel of the new iPad, as the display is unlaminated as it was on the iPad Air 1, but the quality is still quite good
