Displays negative screen and impossible to read

also, first the screen broke after only 3 weeks weeks.

The screen went blank too fast, and you slowed down this phone for the new phone, phone still sint replaced

Since I've got it has black screened and the volume doesn't work I would like a refund on this item

No scratches, no cracked screen better yet screen had a protective cover over it.
