The phone was not stolen, but there was a significant delay while Stright talk mailed us a new SIM card.

The phone had a light green sticker that said, this phone only works with ST and Total Wireless

Now I have a useless phone that hasn't been used and I can't return it.

And the person who had it before me, it was supposed to be NEW, they didn't erase their information, so the phone is locked from me calling or texting on it

So far the phone is working as it was expected to, the best part about the deliver was the continues text messages on the phones location to help prevent it from being stolen at the time of deliver!
