It comes in a brown box with just a charger, the screen has a yellow stain all around the edges, you charge it to 100% and make a 15min phone call and the battery drops to 28% totally not worth $300.

Good phone but the screen is coming off

Screen works maybe 50% of the time.

When I took it to local apple store, it appears it was bought a yr ago, had screen changed and issues with sim card reader

The slick back and smooth screen provide a soft, but sturdy grip

second the nano sim card that I put in from Verizon worked well with my Android, but when I put it in this phone, lines started appearing and the screen was unresponsive

The phones looked like they could have been brand new out of the box, the screen had no scratches and was as close to perfect as could be.

The clear film protecting the screen was loose at the corner, but that's okay considering it's refurbished.

To make things worse the screen was damaged, it was spongy (for lack of a better word) when you touched it and images would be slightly distorted (apparently this can happen when a battery goes bad, it can expand and damage the screen)

Bought in June, by October, screen was loose and had vertices striped lines

the phone had some issues at the beginning, screen was frozen sometimes

The screen is unresponsive and i am very upset because it has only been one week

the back had a few wear marks, but the rear camera lens was perfect, the front screen was perfect, and since my Ringke case covers the rear, I'm happy as a clam

I love the phone but the screen frozes sometimes and the keyboard doesn't work most of the times and it's very inconvenient

For the first 3 days, I could just reset it and it would be good as new but after day 4 I can't even get the screen to clear of the glitch

Nearly every time I try to type a "T" it types a "R" or a "Y" instead and needless to say it has become very frustrating
