It comes in a brown box with just a charger, the screen has a yellow stain all around the edges, you charge it to 100% and make a 15min phone call and the battery drops to 28% totally not worth $300.

Shipping was fast but the speaker and volume on the phone is defective also the screen is a bit banged up thanks to amazon’s great return option

The phones looked like they could have been brand new out of the box, the screen had no scratches and was as close to perfect as could be.

The clear film protecting the screen was loose at the corner, but that's okay considering it's refurbished.

To make things worse the screen was damaged, it was spongy (for lack of a better word) when you touched it and images would be slightly distorted (apparently this can happen when a battery goes bad, it can expand and damage the screen)

the back had a few wear marks, but the rear camera lens was perfect, the front screen was perfect, and since my Ringke case covers the rear, I'm happy as a clam
