The first phone I purchased was the Gold 128 GB phone

I dislike the phone because it has something wrong with it maybe the battery life of the phone it shuts off

I received the phone in a very good physical condition, no scratches or drops, but the speaker is broken, it makes a loud static noise and I will have to replace it or get another phone

Also directions say to erase phone before returning, but without the touchscreen I can’t do this.
