Box was sealed and in the greatest condition!!

the phone itself looked to be in perfect condition no scratches or cracks on the screen but the screen itself would not work I am assuming I may have just got a faulty

And although the product is in real good condition and great quality no fakes here, the phone is not Verizon

Well the phone was in good cosmetic condition but the battery wont hold a charge because it is messed up
