Voice and sound quality are very good as well, with crisp and loud sounds from the speaker / speakerphone, and using it as a handset is also very comfortable to the ear, though some with smaller hands may cringe on a longer call and prefer to use speaker or headphones

My daughter loves her phones no problems so far as we had it for 4 weeks
