Phone is still in perfect condition, not dropped, or anything and the screen won't recognize my touch

There are a few minor quirks with the phone- volume in earphones, camera sound even on silent, but excellent condition and price for my son

It's in perfect cosmetic condition and appears to be working perfectly.
