Packaging was generic but just as good as Apple package, no headphone and generic

No scratches, it arrived in secure packaging and I connected this phone over to Verizon and had no problem.

I bought this phone because I owned an iPhone a few years ago and wanted to give a newer model a try, packaging was nice and the phone looked to be in good condition, but once I set it up and really got to doing things with it, found out the camera didn't work, pretty sure the speaker wouldn't work either (that might have also been a mistake on my part since I don't remember if I tried to adjust the volume, I was still kind of miffed that the camera didn't work) and in any case its just as

It came well packaged and insert my new nano card and that’s all

the product is good , i understand coming with generic accessories, but is crazy , don't had headphones, no generic, no genuine, and the packaging is not very good , just one ziplock bag inside , has better the second package from amazon

We loved the packaging and the thank you card that came in along with it

It arrived nicely packaged in a plastic case, with protective plastic on the screen/back as well
